Important Reminders:
Translation Required: Any non-Japanese documents must be submitted with an official Japanese translation.
Document Validity: Most documents are valid for 6 months from issue date; those issued in Japan only 3 months.
Originals: Immigration returns only specific originals (like certificates); others are not returned.
No Corrections: Do not use white-out on documents.
Signature Required: All forms and documents must be signed by the applicant and/or financial sponsor.
